How can I add a personalised message to my order?

Type your personalised message in the 'notes or instructions' box during checkout. This message should be a maximum of 20 characters.


Do I need to be in to accept delivery? 

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure a complete and correct address is supplied, along with a correct phone number for contact. It is also the customer’s responsibility that there is someone to accept the delivery at the address. Phat Cookie cannot accept responsibility for late or missing deliveries due to insufficient or incorrect information supplied, or because there is no-one to accept delivery.

Please note if the recipient is unable to accept delivery, we will endeavour to leave it in a safe place or with a neighbour.

Currently we deliver to all Rochdale postcodes for free. Please see map below.



What is the shelf life on your products and how should I store them?

For maximum freshness we recommend that you keep cookies wrapped. Cookies should stay fresh in their wrapping for up to a week but lets be honest, they won't last in your sight for that long. You can also freeze them for up to 3 months.

Each cookie has its own personality therefore sizes, shapes and appearance may vary.


Do our products contain allergens?
